Lyndsay Witt was raised in South Dakota, later attending North Dakota State College of Science in Wahpeton, North Dakota, and brings over 15 years of administrative and management experience to The Duck Hunters Organization.
“When I saw an opportunity at Delta Waterfowl I jumped at it because of my love for the outdoors, wildlife, and hunting,” said Witt. Professionally, she is most passionate about making a difference in the organization and for people she works alongside, as well as being part of something great.
When she is not working, you can find her enjoying the abundance of outdoor recreational opportunities that the Dakotas have to offer.
“I enjoy a variety of outdoor activities like hunting, fishing, ice fishing, and driving my side-by-side in the Black Hills,” she said. “I also really love to go sit in my warm, cozy deer blind. I can get quite competitive about getting the biggest wall mounter if I drew a buck tag that year.”
Her passion for hunting is strong, but she also greatly enjoys being a homebody, favoring spending time with family and her dog, Sassie, a parti Yorkie. She says that if there was one thing it would be impossible for her to give up, it would likely be coffee.
