Esther Bristol grew up moving between North Dakota and Utah, and later graduated from Brigham Young University – Idaho with a bachelor’s degree in communications. Following her graduation, she moved back to North Dakota at the end of 2020, and as her career evolved, she found herself at Delta Waterfowl.
“I love getting to meet new people and connecting over their needs,” she said. “I love chatting about what makes them happy and trying to be of service in any way that I can. I have had a wide range of jobs in multiple fields and there is always something to talk about with everyone I meet.”
When she is not working, she is either out trying to get a good photo of the northern lights (and capturing great images of wildlife instead) or at home working on her latest crafting obsession.
“I enjoy creating new things, even if they don’t usually turn out the way I want them to,” she said. “The process is what is fun for me.”
Her favorite type of bird to see out-and-about is a pelican, and though she doesn’t have a dog just yet, she looks forward to getting one in the future.
