Kevin Kress grew up in Northern California, splitting his time between San Francisco and the Sonoma Valley. Many of his friends were associated with Delta, so when the opportunity knocked for him to join The Duck Hunters Organization, he answered.

Kress joins the Delta Waterfowl team with a deep scholastic background including a double-major in political science and philosophy from California Lutheran University, a Juris Doctorate from Empire College of Law, as well as having been a graduate of Stanford University’s Design School program. Throughout his career, Kress has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and professional experience in business development, particularly in the firearms industry, which will be put to work for ducks and duck hunters.

“I am excited to work on the future of duck hunting in the state of California,” he said. “We have such a rich history of tradition and dedication to the land here in our state, and my work with Delta will help protect those traditions for years to come.”

Kress is a seasoned waterfowler who loves the outdoor life. He and his family own two dogs; a boerboel named Moose, and a drahthaar named Rogue. In his free time, he takes to a variety of different activities.

“You might find me playing music in the local town band, doing some acting in the local theatre, hunting of course with family and friends, and you might even find me at the local fair, showing our pygmy goats,” Kress said. “No matter where I might be, I will be there with my family enjoying time we are able to share together.”
