Bebo didn’t grow up hunting ducks, but these days, if you need to find him, he’s most likely at Palisade Flats Duck Club in Central Minnesota.
Bebo, a native of suburban Minneapolis, purchased a 3,800-acre wild rice and grain farm that includes 1,200 acres of restored wetlands in 2018. He’s always been conservation-minded and takes pride in leveraging Delta’s research and innovative programs to enhance duck production on his property.
He’s a member of Delta’s Million Duck Council, an exclusive group of visionary waterfowl conservation leaders who have pledged or contributed at least $1 million to Delta’s Million Duck Campaign.
“My goal is to make a difference in the experience of the waterfowl hunter and protect and preserve the opportunities to have good hunting,” Bebo said. “Delta Waterfowl is a major key in making that happen for all.”
He joined Delta’s Board in July 2024.
Bebo started his career as an entrepreneur by sealcoating driveways at age 20. He also began investing in real estate and obtained his real estate broker and general contractor licenses. In 1993, he founded ACI Asphalt & Concrete Inc., which he solely owned and operated as CEO until 2022. Bebo now serves as chairman of the board of ACI Holding LLC. He is the president of Bebo Properties LLC and Bebo Management LLC. Bebo also has served on the board of Pavement Magazine, Casting 4 Cures, and was the lead fundraiser for Decoding Dyslexia of Minnesota.
Hunting ducks and geese has become his favorite hobby. He also enjoys fishing, boating, and traveling with his wife Jill, daughter Jamie, stepson Aaron, and other family and friends.
