Jeff Wardlaw joined Delta Waterfowl with a passion for waterfowl hunting and a proven commitment to conservation. As senior manager of government affairs for the southern portions of the Mississippi and Central Flyways, Jeff leverages his more than 14 years of legislative experience in the Arkansas House of Representatives to advocate for meaningful policies that benefit ducks and duck hunters.
A lifelong resident of Bradley County, Arkansas, Jeff earned a bachelor of science in agriculture from the University of Arkansas at Monticello. His dedication to outdoor traditions extends beyond the blind, as he has played an active role in the Arkansas Legislative Sportsmen’s Caucus since 2011. Having served multiple terms on the Executive Council of the National Assembly of Sportsmen’s Caucuses, Jeff continues to champion the interests of sportsmen and women across the nation.
“I am honored to work with such a passionate and dedicated group of individuals at Delta Waterfowl, who are truly making a difference in the world of waterfowl conservation,” said Wardlaw. “Our Duck Production programs, including the installation of nest structures and effective Predator Management, are crucial to ensuring healthy duck populations for future generations of waterfowl enthusiasts.”
When he’s not working with legislators, state wildlife agencies, and Delta members, Jeff can be found in the duck blind, fishing, or enjoying the outdoors with his wife, Missy, and their six children.
