Jalapeño Duck Poppers
INGREDIENTS
- 4 Duck breast cut into 24 chunks
- 12 Jalepeno peppers sliced in half with steam, seeds + veins removed
- 6 oz. Cream Cheese
- 12 Bacon slices cut in half
- 24 Toothpicks
STEPS
- Prep ingredients
- Preheat smoker to 350 degrees
- Assemble poppers: Spread cream cheese in pepper, top with duck, wrap in bacon, and secure the bacon seam with toothpick
- Smoke at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes until duck is medium-rare and tender
