Annual Giving Coordinator

LOCATION OF WORK: Headquarters Office in Bismarck, ND

Delta’s international headquarters is located in Bismarck, North Dakota.  Currently, our dedicated team consists of almost 100 employees, of which about half work within our headquarters office and the other half work remotely throughout the US and Canada.  Our organization has experienced tremendous growth over the last few years and this is expected to continue.  This is an exciting time for Delta as we look to the future, and we are looking for talented and skilled individuals who have a passion to perform meaningful work to join our team!

JOB SUMMARY

Maintains and updates constituent data related to membership, donations, fundraising, contributions, and product sales, as well as basic data changes. Oversees membership acquisition and renewal initiatives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  1. Enter daily data into CRM– including but not limited to memberships, donations, and fundraising receivables applicable to annual giving.
  2. Coordinate the Annual Giving projects from start to finish, keeping the efforts on track and within budget.
  3. Coordinate the membership renewal projects from start to finish, keeping the efforts on track and within budget.
  4. Coordinate the Delta Waterfowl Batch Fulfillment process.
  5. Collaborate with Development Operations staff in fulfillment process.
  6. Coordinate Membership Benefit Programs and provide initial support for Member inquiry.
  7. Report on Annual Giving campaign analysis based on KPI deliverables.
  8. Coordinate Delta Waterfowl’s Membership Lists with State and Business list managers to negotiate exchange of lists for campaign acquisition program.
  9. Oversee both in-house and fulfillment house inventory for Annual Giving.
  10. Coordinate fulfillment of in-house Delta Store Merchandise.
  11. Process and track all invoices for Annual Giving.
  12. Work with third-party legal firms to ensure compliance efforts for all Annual Giving Sweepstakes campaigns.
  13. Notification and coordination of all winners and prize recipients for applicable prize distribution.
  14. Assist in answering incoming Annual Giving inquiries
  15. Process Annual Giving returned mail packages.
  16. Assist in answering and processing incoming calls in a professional manner.
  17. Other duties as assigned.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  1. High school diploma or equivalent, and three years of related professional experience; or, a combination of training, education and experience that is equivalent to the standard listed above and that provides the required knowledge and abilities.
  2. Must be able to prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  3. Must work well with the public and in a team environment
  4. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage data; proficiency in excel and other software
  5. Problem solving skills and ability to respond to changes in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Use computer and basic office operating systems.
  7. Reads and interprets written information. Able to understand and carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form.
  8. Ability to travel on occasions.

 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk and listen.  The employee requires dexterity in using telephone, computer keyboard, mouse, calculator and other office equipment. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and navigate stairs.  The employee must be able to lift and move up to 40 pounds unassisted.  Vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
