Rules
- Contest is open from 12.15.2020 through 01.31.2021
- People's Choice will be voted on 02.01.2021 through 02.15.2021
- Competition is open to all photographers over 18 years of age.
- You must be the sole author and owner of the copyright of all images entered. Delta Waterfowl does not accept any liability for the publication of unlawfully reproduced images.
- Competition is open to all US and non-US residents and is subject to laws. Entrants outside the US must adhere to local laws.
- A maximum of three entries, each containing a different image, will be permitted per person. Each image can only be entered once.
- The photos will be judged by members of the Delta Waterfowl media team and the public for People's Choice.
- Artwork and illustrations will not be accepted.
- The judges’ decision as to the winner is final.
- Entrants must supply their full name, address, and email address, for the purpose of notification and delivery of winning entries.
- By entering the contest, you agree to grant Delta Waterfowl non-exclusive rights to publish, feature, reproduce and use the images.
