Delta’s international headquarters is located in Bismarck, North Dakota.  Currently, our dedicated team consists of almost 100 employees, of which about half work within our headquarters office, and the other half work remotely throughout the US and Canada.  Our organization has experienced tremendous growth over the last few years and this is expected to continue.  This is an exciting time for Delta as we look to the future, and we are looking for talented and skilled individuals who have a passion for performing meaningful work to join our team!


The Digital Content Coordinator serves within the Marketing team to ensure the functionality and effectiveness of Delta’s website and media content across digital platforms and print on an ongoing basis.


  1. Create media for marketing and graphic pieces that align with Delta’s brand and objectives for printing, social media platforms, and websites.
  2. Collaborate with the Marketing Director and Art Director to create print and digital media.
  3. Design and post content to Delta’s websites.
  4. Draft strategies to grow the subscriber base and web traffic with the Marketing team.
  5. Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to develop a plan, strategy, and goal-setting objectives that align with Delta’s strategic plan.
  6. Research and evaluate content to be consistent with industry trends.
  7. Assist with media library archives, including organization, file sharing, and packaging.
  8. Assist with filming, photography, event support, podcast production, email, and streaming media creation as well as campaign design.

  1. Associate’s degree in graphic design, marketing, or other closely related field and at least two years of professional experience required.
  2. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Express (Spark).
  3. Prior experience working in WordPress or other CMS, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and basic understanding of Google Analytics/SEO.
  4. Experience in creative writing, proofreading, editing and optimization.
  5. Must work well with the general public and in a team environment.
  6. Ability to travel on occasion.
