Digital Content Coordinator

Location: Headquarters office in Bismarck, ND

POSITION SUMMARY
The Digital Content Coordinator uses graphic design skills to create media and marketing materials. This position works within the Marketing team to design marketing materials and support Delta’s marketing and communications content across digital platforms and print on an ongoing basis.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. Create graphics, layouts, and other media that align with Delta’s brand and objectives for printing, social media, and websites.
  2. Collaborate with the Marketing Director and Art Director to create print and digital media.
  3. Design and post content to Delta’s websites.
  4. Draft strategies to grow subscriber base and web traffic with the Marketing team.
  5. Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to develop a plan, strategy and goal-setting objectives that align with Delta’s strategic plan.
  6. Research and evaluate content to be consistent with industry trends.
  7. Assist with media library archives, including organization, file sharing, and packaging.
  8. Assist with photography and email as needed.
  9. Other job duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Associate’s degree in graphic design, marketing, or other closely related field and at least two years of professional experience required.
  2. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Express (Spark).
  3. Prior experience working in WordPress or other CMS, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and basic understanding of Google Analytics/SEO.
  4. Experience in creative writing, proofreading, editing and optimization.
  5. Must work well with the general public and in a team environment.
  6. Ability to travel on occasions.
  7. Hunting Experience and or background preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk and listen.  The employee requires dexterity in using telephone, computer keyboard, mouse, calculator and other office equipment. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and navigate stairs.  The employee must lift and move up to 40 pounds.  Vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
