Description:
“Corn flake crusted fried teal covered with white gravy on a homemade duck fat biscuit” Recipe: marinate teal breast in lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce and red pepper flakes. Dip marinated breast in egg wash and batter in crushed corn flakes. Deep fry for two minutes. Make white gravy. Make homemade biscuits but cut COLD duck fat in instead of butter. Place fried teal on biscuit and smother with gravy. Garnish with cherry tomatoes and sriracha.
