Hunting ambassadors

A hunting communication workshop was held by Delta Waterfowl recently, on how to be a more effective spokesperson and ambassador for hunting.

The unique workshop was held in Turkey Point, where participants discussed how anti-hunting organizations work, ways to avoid communication pitfalls and spreading incorrect messages about hunting. The group studied the public relations side of the sport, such as using media to promote and defend hunting, and working with the political system at all levels.

Delta Waterfowl, it seems, has set a precedent on ways to preserve our hunting heritage, while giving the 'antis' a taste of their own medicine.
